Job Description: Accountant (Female)

We are hiring accounts in our company; candidate should have minimum two years’ experience in the same field local/ abroad.

and responsibilities

**Financial Record Management:** Maintain the general ledger, record journal entries, and perform bank and account reconciliations.

Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and following up on outstanding balances.

**P**repare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts.

Ensure compliance with UAE tax laws, including registering for VAT, preparing, and filing tax returns, and providing tax planning advice.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Assist in creating budgets, analyzing variances, and forecasting future financial performance.

Auditing: Coordinate with and support internal and external auditors, and assist in preparing for audits.

Perform and oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes.

**Financial Analysis:** Analyze financial data to provide insights for decision-making and identify areas for improvement.

A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is often required.

Professional certifications can be a significant advantage.

Accounting Software: Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems is essential. o

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are essential.

Accountants must be comfortable utilizing VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and financial modeling.

Strong knowledge of UAE specific regulations like VAT and Corporate Tax is crucial for compliance. o Financial Standards: Understanding of international financial reporting standards (IFRS) is necessary.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
