Responsibilities
- Respond quickly and professionally to inbound rental leads and match clients with suitable rental properties.
- Conduct property viewings, present rental options, negotiate lease terms, and close rental agreements.
- Maintain relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Keep accurate CRM records and follow internal company workflows.
Requirements
- At least 2–3 years of Dubai real estate experience and a strong record of high-volume rental transactions closed in 2025.
- Deep understanding of the Dubai rental market.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English; other languages are an advantage.
- Motivated, proactive, target-driven, independent, and able to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
