Key Responsibilities
- Configure and manage JIRA projects, workflows, dashboards, and permissions
- Optimize processes aligned with
Agile (Scrum/Kanban)
- and
- ITIL frameworks
- Troubleshoot issues and improve workflow efficiency
- Train and coach teams on JIRA best practices
- Build reports and dashboards for tracking performance
Requirements
- 3 years of hands-on JIRA administration experience
- Strong understanding of Agile and ITIL
- Problem-solving mindset with process improvement focus
- Experience in coaching teams on JIRA usage
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
