About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented
Graphic Designer
to join our team at Batterjee Pharma.
In this role, you will translate our brand identity into impactful visual stories, balancing the professional requirements of the pharmaceutical industry with modern, engaging creative designs.
If you have a strong portfolio, a passion for typography, and experience in both digital and print media, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- **Brand Consistency:**
- Collaborate with the marketing and communication teams to ensure consistent visual identity across all internal and external channels.
- **Content Creation:**
- Design compelling and effective visual assets, including product packaging, medical marketing materials, digital layouts, logos, and social media content.
- **Trend Awareness:**
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards, social media trends, and design technologies to keep our brand fresh and competitive.
- **Print & Digital Production:**
- Prepare final layouts for print (brochures, packaging, banners) and optimize graphics for digital platforms.
Qualifications
- **Education:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- **Experience:**
- 2–3 years of proven experience in graphic design (Experience in healthcare, pharma, or FMCG is a plus).
- **Technical Skills:**
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- **Core Competencies:**
- Strong conceptual thinking, excellent typography skills, keen eye for detail, and strong communication skills.
- **Portfolio:**
- A portfolio demonstrating diverse projects (print and digital) is
- required
- for evaluation.
