About This Role
1. Project Development
- Actively develop hotel, hospitality, residential, and commercial projects requiring hotel locking systems
- Build and maintain relationships with hotel owners, developers, operators, consultants, and contractors
- Identify and secure project opportunities from early stage to tender and award
2. Project Follow-up & Management
- Manage projects from initial engagement through contract signing and delivery
- Coordinate with HQ technical, solution, pricing, and after-sales teams
- Ensure smooth project execution, delivery, and customer satisfaction
3. Sales Target Achievement
- Achieve assigned annual and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts
- Drive market penetration and brand presence in the Saudi Western Region
4. Market & Relationship Management
- Maintain strong long-term relationships with key accounts
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics
- Represent the company at client meetings, site visits, and industry events
