Aathar integrates with the Government and private sector to achieve sustainable development under the umbrella of Saudi 2030 vision and primary themes “a vibrant society, a thriving economy and an ambitious nation”.

- تعلن Outward Bound المملكة العربية السعودية عن فرصة للعمل كمدرب/مدربة وميسّر/ميسّرة للأنشطة الخارجية، ضمن برامج تعليمية وتجريبية تُقام بين الجبال والطبيعة.
- 📍 في مدينتي جدة والرياض
- 📍 التدريب الميداني: الطائف
- 📍 المشاريع: في مدن متعددة داخل المملكة
- إذا كنت شغوفًا بالتعلم التجريبي، ولديك مهارات تدريب قوية، فنحن نشجعك على التقديم ✨
- 🔹 المطلوب:
- حاصل/ة على شهادة دبلوم على الأقل
- مستوى متقدم من اللياقة البدنية
- خلفية في مجالات التدريب أو التعليم
- مهارات التواصل والقيادة
- القدرة على التفكير الإبداعي وحل المشكلات
- شغف بالأنشطة الخارجية والعمل الميداني
- خبرة أو اهتمام بالتخييم والأنشطة الخارجية
- القدرة على العمل بروح الفريق وتحمل المسؤولية
- التحدث باللغة الإنجليزية (ميزة إضافية)
- وجود رخصة قيادة وشهادة إسعافات أولية (ميزة إضافية)
- 🔹 المهام:
- قيادة الأنشطة التعليمية والتجارب الميدانية
- تنفيذ أنشطة التخييم والأنشطة الخارجية
- دعم وتحفيز المشاركين لتحقيق أهداف البرنامج
- تطبيق إجراءات السلامة وإدارة المخاطر
- التفاعل الفعّال مع فريق العمل والمشاركين
- تعزيز روح الفريق والانضباط والمسؤولية
- المساهمة في خلق تجربة تعليمية وتجريبية ملهمة
- 💡 يتطلب الدور الجاهزية للعمل الميداني، وساعات عمل مرنة، والعمل ضمن بيئات خارجية تشمل المبيت والمعسكرات.
