- تعلن جمعية الإرادة عن حاجتها إلى مدير تنفيذي يتمتع برؤية قيادية وقدرة على تحقيق النتائج، لقيادة التوجه الاستراتيجي والإشراف على كافة عمليات الجمعية.
- هذه وظيفة بدوام كامل (حضوري) في مدينة جدة، حيث سيكون المدير التنفيذي مسؤولاً عن تحقيق النمو، وضمان الاستدامة المالية، ورفع كفاءة العمليات، بالإضافة إلى تمثيل الجمعية وبناء الشراكات الاستراتيجية التي تدعم رسالتها في تمكين الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة.
- المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة إعداد وتنفيذ الخطط الاستراتيجية والتشغيلية للجمعية
- الإشراف على العمليات اليومية وضمان الكفاءة والفعالية
- إدارة التخطيط المالي وإعداد الميزانيات وتحقيق الاستدامة المالية
- تحديد فرص النمو وتطوير مصادر الدخل
- بناء وتعزيز العلاقات مع الشركاء والجهات الداعمة وأصحاب المصلحة
- تمثيل الجمعية في الفعاليات الرسمية والمحافل المختلفة
- ضمان الالتزام بالأنظمة واللوائح ومعايير الحوكمة
- تعزيز بيئة عمل شاملة ومحفزة قائمة على الأداء والتمكين
- المؤهلات والمتطلبات
- أن يكون المتقدم سعودي الجنسية
- لا يقل عن درجة البكالوريوس
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في القطاع غير الربحي
- إلمام بأنظمة حوكمة الجمعيات واللوائح ذات العلاقة
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية
- خبرة في التخطيط الاستراتيجي وتخطيط الأعمال
- المام بالإدارة المالية وإدارة العمليات
- خبرة في تطوير الأعمال والقدرة على استكشاف فرص النمو
- مهارات قيادية واتصالية عالية وقدرة على اتخاذ القرار
- القدرة على بناء شراكات استراتيجية وتحقيق الأهداف المؤسسية
Role Description
Aleradah Organization is seeking a results-driven Executive Director with a strong leadership vision to lead the organization’s strategic direction and oversee all operations.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah.
The Executive Director will be responsible for driving growth, ensuring financial sustainability, and enhancing operational efficiency, in addition to representing the organization and building strategic partnerships that support its mission of empowering individuals with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the organization’s strategic and operational plans
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and sustainability initiatives
- Identify growth opportunities and develop revenue streams
- Build and strengthen relationships with partners, donors, and stakeholders
- Represent the organization at official events and public engagements
- Ensure compliance with regulations and governance standards
- Foster an inclusive and high-performance work environment
& Requirements
- Saudi nationality is required
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the non-profit sector
- Good knowledge of non-profit governance and relevant regulations
- Fluency in English
- Proven expertise in strategic planning and business planning
- Strong background in financial management and operations management
- Experience in business development and identifying growth opportunities
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to build strategic partnerships and achieve organization
