Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site مصمم جرافيك (Graphic Designer) role based in Jeddah.
The Graphic Designer will create visual concepts and layouts for digital and print materials that support Afaq’s real estate projects, brand identity, and marketing campaigns.
Daily tasks include designing social media posts, brochures, presentations, signage, and project branding materials, as well as preparing final files for production.
The role involves collaborating with marketing, sales, and project teams to translate business objectives into clear, consistent visuals aligned with brand guidelines.
The Graphic Designer will also contribute to creative brainstorming, refine existing designs based on feedback, and ensure all visuals maintain a high standard of quality and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Strong Graphic Design and Graphics skills, with a portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual work.
- Experience in Branding and Logo Design, including developing and applying visual identities across multiple channels.
- Proficiency in Typography and layout principles to produce clear, readable, and aesthetically balanced designs.
- Solid command of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or similar applications).
- Ability to work on-site in Jeddah, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and respond constructively to feedback.
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience designing for real estate, architecture, or property marketing is an advantage.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency.
