- نبحث عن موظف جودة لمتابعة وتحسين جودة العمليات داخل الشركة، وضمان الالتزام بالمعايير المعتمدة وتحقيق رضا العملاء.
- المهام:
- متابعة جودة العمليات اليومية داخل الأقسام.
- مراجعة أداء الموظفين وفق معايير الجودة.
- إعداد تقارير الجودة ورفعها للإدارة.
- تحليل الملاحظات والشكاوى واقتراح تحسينات.
- تطبيق سياسات وإجراءات الجودة المعتمدة.
- المتطلبات:
- بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو تخصص ذو صلة.
- خبرة من 1–3 سنوات في الجودة أو خدمة العملاء.
- مهارات تحليل ومتابعة قوية.
- إجادة استخدام اودو وأنظمة التقارير.
