- الوظيفة: مخصص موارد بشرية (HR Specialist)
- الموقع: مكة (حدة)، المملكة العربية السعودية
- المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- ✓ إدارة التوظيف والتدريب والتطوير الوظيفي
- ✓ تطبيق الأنظمة الحكومية (نظام العمل، نظام التأمينات الاجتماعية GOSI، نظام الإقامة)
- ✓ متابعة مستحقات الموظفين والرواتب والإجازات
- ✓ تصميم ومراجعة سياسات الموارد البشرية الداخلية
- ✓ التعامل مع الجهات الحكومية والتأمينات الاجتماعية
- ✓ إدارة أداء الموظفين وملفاتهم الشاملة
- ✓ ضمان الامتثال للأنظمة السعودية وحقوق العامل
- المتطلبات الأساسية:
- 🇸🇦 الجنسية: سعودي
- المستلزمات:
- خبرة 3+ سنوات في إدارة الموارد البشرية
- معرفة عميقة بالأنظمة الحكومية السعودية
- إتقان نظام GOSI والتأمينات الاجتماعية
- خبرة في استخدام أنظمة HR المتقدمة
- مهارات تواصل وتفاوض قوية
- شهادة في إدارة الموارد البشرية أو ما يعادلها

- 🌟 We are looking for a comprehensive HR Specialist
Key Responsibilities
✓ Manage recruitment, training, and employee development
✓ Implement government regulations (Labor Law, GOSI, Iqama system)
✓ Monitor employee benefits, salaries, and leave management
✓ Design and review internal HR policies
✓ Liaise with government agencies and social security
✓ Manage employee performance and comprehensive personnel files
✓ Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and worker rights
Basic Requirements
🇸🇦 Nationality: Saudi
Requirements
- 3+ years of HR management experience
- Deep knowledge of Saudi government regulations
- Proficiency with GOSI and social security systems
- Experience with advanced HR management systems
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- HR management certificate or equivalent qualification
