Job Title: Senior Specialist – Design & Development (Payments)
Experience - 5+ years

Job Description -
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in development and maintenance of solutions with
- Core Java, Spring Boot, and relational SQL databases.
- Experience with
- CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes
- .
- In-depth knowledge of
- payment system architectures, protocols, and operations (e.g.
- RTGS, Direct Debit, ISO20022).
- Proven track record in providing enhancement and maintaining enterprise-level platforms or modules. Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages commonly used in microservices development and experience with back-end frameworks (e.g., Java with Spring Boot, Python with Flask/FastAPI, Node.js, Go, PHP).
- In-depth understanding and knowledge of microservices architecture, modular architecture, cloud-native development, cloud platforms and services, containerization and orchestration, and API design and management.
- Extensive knowledge and expertise in relational database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server and NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Redis.
- Proficiency in source code version control and collaboration tools, such as BitBucket and JIRA.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience conducting root cause analysis (RCA) and troubleshooting complex issues.
- Knowledge of data investigation on and incident resolution processes. Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with cross-border payment processes, standards, and settlement mechanisms. Development Skills:
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and tools like JIRA.
- Expertise in development environments, including IDEs, code control, unit testing, design, and documentation.
