Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in **Computer****Science,InformationTechnology,**Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 4+yearsofhands-onJavadevelopmentexperience.
• Strong experience with Java,SpringBoot,Microservices,andRESTAPI****development.
• Good understanding of OOP principles, SOLID principles, and common design patterns.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
• Experience developing scalable and high-performance backend applications.
• Experience with unit testing, debugging, and application troubleshooting.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within distributed development teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications using JavaandSpring****Boot.
• Develop scalable and reusable Microservices and backend components.
• Design and implement RESTful****APIs for integration with internal and external systems.
• Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented Java code.
• Work with Java11/17orlaterversions and leverage modern Java features.
• Develop applications using the Spring****ecosystem, including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security.
• Design and implement database solutions using SQLandrelational****databases.
• Develop efficient database queries, stored procedures, and data-access components as required.
• Implement appropriate authentication and authorization mechanisms for APIs and applications.
• Integrate applications with messaging technologies such as Kafka,IBMMQ,orsimilar****platforms, where required.
• Perform unit and integration testing using tools such as JUnitandMockito.
• Troubleshoot application defects, performance issues, and production incidents.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and development best practices.
• Participate in application design and technical solution discussions.
• Implement appropriate logging, exception handling, monitoring, and error-management mechanisms.
• Work with Git-basedsourcecontrol and branching strategies.
• Support application builds, deployments, and CI/CD****pipelines.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, QA teams, DevOps engineers, and other developers.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimations, and technical discussions.
