Full-time Java Developer role based in Dubai with a hybrid work model combining on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility.

Develops software solutions supporting client objectives.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions with cross-functional teams.
Write efficient code; implement microservices and Spring-based components; integrate APIs and troubleshoot application issues.
Participate in code reviews, optimize performance, and support application security and reliability.
Contribute to architectural decisions and collaborate with developers, QA, and product stakeholders.

Strong core Java and programming skills; hands-on software development and software lifecycle experience.
Knowledge and practical use of microservices architectures; experience with Spring Framework, including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, or Spring Data.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, SQL or NoSQL databases, and version control tools such as Git.
Ability to analyze requirements, document technical solutions, and collaborate effectively in hybrid teams.
Good understanding of software testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Agile or iterative development experience is beneficial; strong communication skills and a continuous learning mindset are sought.
