JUXT seeks experienced senior Java developers through hands-on principal engineers for long-term greenfield projects with a leading financial institution in London.

Teams are small, collaborative, and offer autonomy, technical input, and end-to-end ownership.
Projects and work
- Replace legacy systems with clean, cloud-aligned solutions using Java and modern engineering practices.
- Help shape architecture and technical direction for greenfield rebuilds.
- Build a non-AI software rewrite platform based on OpenRewrite.
- Rewrite Talend data transformation jobs to move implementation away from Talend.
- Work on large-scale systems and distributed architectures.
Must-have skills
- Very good command of Java and the Spring Framework.
- Knowledge and experience with OpenID Connect.
- Database experience, especially PostgreSQL.
- Good understanding of Kubernetes environments.
Additional useful experience
- Virtualization, containerization, or cloud technology experience is a plus.
- CI/CD pipelines, including Jenkins, Tekton, TeamCity, Harness, or uDeploy, are a plus.
- Scripting languages such as Python or Bash are a plus.
- Prior banking experience is not required.
