Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and architecture of complex, high-performance Java/J2EE applications, leveraging Spring Boot development frameworks.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams in implementing scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions.
Design and implement multi-threaded software components to ensure optimal performance and resource utilization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, QA testers, and product managers, to define technical requirements and develop architectural solutions.
Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes, tools, and methodologies.
Perform hands-on development, debugging, and testing of Java applications on Linux operating systems.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in Java development, contributing to the technical roadmap and strategy.

Job Requirements

10+ years of experience in multi-threaded software development, deployment, debugging, and testing using Java/J2EE technologies.
Proficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks, with a strong emphasis on Spring Boot for building enterprise applications.
Extensive experience in Java SE development and application server management, particularly with JBoss and Apache Tomcat.
Strong expertise in multiple IDEs including JDeveloper, Eclipse, and NetBeans.
Solid understanding of web development frameworks, database management, and front-end technologies, particularly Angular.
Comprehensive knowledge of both Android and iOS mobile development.
Experience with build and deployment tools such as Maven, Ant, and Gradle, as well as familiarity with libraries and tools such as Jettison.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Linux operating systems and shell scripting.
In-depth knowledge of software design patterns, data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization techniques.
Proven track record in designing and architecting scalable, distributed systems with high availability and fault tolerance.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Advanced certifications in Java or software architecture are a plus.
Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-level applications.
Oversee the daily activities of the development team, ensuring efficient workflow and project completion.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
Ensure code quality and maintainability through code reviews, best practices, and continuous integration.
Manage and optimize application performance, ensuring scalability and reliability.
Mentor and train junior developers, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
