We are launching a new BBQ restaurant concept and are looking for an experienced Japanese cuisine chef to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Japanese dishes such as sashimi, sushi, and tempura
- Ensure consistent food quality and presentation standards
- Participate in menu development and improvement
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
Requirements
- Experience in Japanese cuisine (sashimi / sushi / tempura)
- Strong knife skills and attention to detail
- Responsible, reliable, and a team player
