Job Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain production areas, breakrooms, restrooms, offices, and common areas.
- Sweep, mop, dust, and remove trash throughout the facility.
- Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces and designated work areas.
- Replenish restroom and cleaning supplies as needed.
- Follow all facility safety procedures and cleaning guidelines.
- Properly handle and store cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Perform additional janitorial duties as assigned.
Position Details
Pay: $13.00/hour
Shift: 1st Shift
Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Work Environment: Automotive Manufacturing Facility
Disclosure: This is a temp-to-perm position. All production employees for this role must be employed through Projob (staffing agency) for a minimum of 90 days.

Requirements
- Previous janitorial or industrial cleaning experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical cleaning duties throughout the shift.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Willingness to follow all workplace safety policies.
