Responsibilities

• Administering IV therapy and monitoring patient responses.
  
  
• Working alongside established teams on a flexible schedule to deliver care.
  
  
• Evaluating patient s responses and outcomes to IV therapy and modifying care plans accordingly.
  
  
• Ensuring the safe handling and disposal of materials used in IV therapy.
  
  
• Collaborating with pharmacists to ensure the correct preparation of IV solutions.
  
  
• Teaching patients and caregivers about home IV care procedures.
  
  
• Assisting in the development and implementation of IV therapy policies and procedures.
  
  
• Participating in patient care conferences to discuss and plan for patient needs.
