Position summary
Experienced ITS Application Analyst III specializing in ERP Security for enterprise applications.
Serves as a subject matter expert, supporting complex cross-functional projects, business needs, and security practices.
Supports PeopleSoft HCM, PeopleSoft FSCM, Tecsys, and other business platforms.
Responsibilities
- Administer ERP access, including creating, modifying, terminating, and auditing user access.
- Represent ERP Security for new functionality and system enhancements; collaborate on integrated workflows.
- Design and maintain security architecture for key ERP applications.
- Use Excel-to-CI and Data Mover scripts for user provisioning.
- Create and update PeopleSoft roles, permission lists, and queries.
- Support audits, upgrades, and change control; recommend tools and process improvements.
- Mentor team members, contribute to documentation, and participate in an on-call rotation as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10 or more years of relevant IT experience; healthcare experience preferred.
- 5 or more years working with PeopleSoft HCM/FSCM in security administration or development.
- 3 or more years specifically in PeopleSoft Security Administration.
- Workday experience preferred.
- Strong communication, analytical, interpersonal, presentation, and training skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and learn new technologies.
Knowledge and skills
- PeopleSoft HCM and FSCM security concepts.
- SQL, Data Mover scripts, Excel-to-CI, and advanced Excel.
