  • We are seeking an experienced Itinerary Manager to oversee travel planning, itinerary development, and trip coordination activities.
  • The ideal candidate will create optimized travel experiences, manage travel arrangements, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure smooth execution from planning through completion.
  • 🚀 Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage detailed travel itineraries based on customer requirements, preferences, and budgets
  • Coordinate flights, accommodations, transportation, activities, tours, and travel services
  • Research destinations, travel trends, and experiences to create high-quality travel plans
  • Manage relationships with hotels, airlines, tour operators, transportation providers, and local partners
  • Review and optimize itineraries to improve customer experience, efficiency, and cost effectiveness
  • Handle itinerary changes, travel disruptions, and customer requests promptly and professionally
  • Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company policies, customer expectations, and service standards
  • Maintain accurate travel documentation, schedules, and booking records
  • Collaborate with sales, customer service, operations, and travel teams to deliver seamless experiences
  • Analyze customer feedback and travel performance data to improve itinerary offerings
  • ✅ Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality, Travel Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in itinerary planning, travel operations, travel consultancy, tourism, or related roles
  • Experience managing complex travel arrangements, group travel, or corporate travel programs preferred
  • Strong knowledge of destinations, travel logistics, booking processes, and travel industry practices
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple travel arrangements simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with travel booking systems, CRM platforms, and itinerary management tools is advantageous
  • Ability to handle urgent requests and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
