SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of experience in technology enablement, learning and development, instructional delivery, or a similar role at a law firm
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook, and related collaboration tools
  • Strong technical knowledge of iManage (DMS), PDF software (Kofax/Adobe), Intapp Time, ServiceNow, mobile devices, and other Firm-approved technologies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple learning priorities and tailor content for diverse audiences, roles, and skill levels
  • Proficiency in instructional design, adult learning principles, and role-based learning approaches
  • Experience with e-learning platforms, learning management systems, digital content creation, and related authoring tools preferred
  • Experience with mobile devices, including Android, iPhone, and iPad
  • Relevant certifications, such as MOS, ITIL, Microsoft Certified Trainer, or CompTIA CTT+, are a plus
  • Salary Information
  • NY Only: The estimated base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000 at the time of posting.
  • The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. This role is exempt meaning it is not overtime pay eligible.
