Requisites

  • Manage SLA and KPI performance for ATM and Card systems and ensure service quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners to track, escalate, and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
  • Work closely with internal teams to support system hardening, patching, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues impacting ATM and Card services.
  • Communicate effectively on customer-impacting incidents and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Support project teams during testing, implementation, and release activities.
  • Provide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support for assigned systems and applications.
  • Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards including PCI-DSS guidelines.
  • Participate in incident management, problem management, and root cause analysis activities.
  • Ensure system stability, availability, and performance across ATM and Card processing environments.
