Project overview
This is a short-term project lasting 30 days within a 45-day period.
The work location is Lusail.
Responsibilities
- Install permanent and temporary fiber optic and Cat6 cabling.
- Splice, test, and troubleshoot fiber optic cables.
- Terminate, test, and troubleshoot Cat6 cabling.
- Install and test wireless access points.
- Install power supply connections to network distribution boards.
- Work with structured cabling systems, wireless network equipment, and RF and TV distribution systems.
- Read and interpret cable layouts and technical drawings.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as an IT and Telecom Support Technician.
- QID is required.
- Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience supporting events, stadiums, racetracks, or large-scale venues is an advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Work location
- Work is in person.
