- Strong background in full-cycle of IT recruitment, which includes sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews with relevant 5-7 Years of experience
- Expertise in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
- Proficiency in candidate sourcing using various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking.
- Implement IT headhunting strategies, keeping in mind the latest industry trends as an effective IT talent acquisition consultant
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
- Networking skills to establish connections within the industry and build a talent pipeline.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Comfortable negotiating job offers, developing compensation structures, and managing the offer acceptance process.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, industry trends, and recruitment best practices.
- Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Results-oriented with a focus on meeting recruitment goals
