Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Manage Azure services and resources and support Azure application and server deployments.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, user accounts, mailboxes, and permissions.
• Configure and maintain laptops, desktops, employee devices, Windows environments, accounts, and access control.
• Maintain office networks, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, internet connectivity, DNS, domains, and SSL certificates.
• Manage endpoint security, antivirus, and device policies; troubleshoot hardware, software, email, and network issues.
• Maintain backups, IT documentation, and asset inventory; coordinate with vendors and internet service providers.
• Support development-team deployments, environments, and infrastructure requirements.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on Microsoft Azure experience; good Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online administration knowledge.
• Strong Windows and systems administration experience; networking knowledge including DNS, VPNs, routers, and firewalls.
• Strong laptop and desktop troubleshooting skills and experience supporting cloud-hosted applications and environments.
• Able to troubleshoot independently and own IT-related issues.
• Must currently reside in the UAE; immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.

Certifications

• Microsoft Azure certifications such as AZ-104 or equivalent are an added advantage.
