Job summary

Roles and responsibilities

• Provide advanced application support, training, and problem resolution for corporate software applications.
• Liaise between software vendors and end users to update systems and resolve conflicts.
• Represent IT management during campus visits to address open IT issues and concerns.
• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 consulting, troubleshooting, and problem-solving support for supported hardware and software products.
• Manage ServiceNow tickets, ensure closure, generate new requests, and route work to appropriate team members.
• Interact professionally and in a friendly manner with end users and IT team members.
• Follow up on open calls and assist coworkers with follow-up.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three to five years of experience.
• An associate degree is preferred.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals is preferred.
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals is preferred.
• Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals is preferred.
