Role description

Responsibilities

• Shape and refine business strategy and develop client relationships.
• Guide design and implementation of human capital and performance solutions.
• Supervise project work and ensure quality and consistency across engagements.
• Support leadership development initiatives using Enneagram-based assessments and other tools.
• Manage key partnerships; oversee financial performance and resource allocation at a high level.
• Provide thought leadership through content, advisory sessions, and client-facing workshops as needed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in human capital consulting, organizational development, or a related field, with ability to design and oversee performance and talent solutions.
• Strong strategic thinking and business management capabilities, including business planning, governance structures, and sustainable growth initiatives.
• Proficiency in leadership development and coaching methodologies.
• Prior exposure to or certification in Enneagram or similar psychological frameworks is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills, including ability to work with SME and growth-stage organizations.
• Comfort operating in a remote, part-time leadership capacity, including self-management, digital collaboration, and accountability for outcomes.
• Background in HR, psychology, business, or a related discipline; advanced qualifications or professional certifications in consulting, coaching, or organizational development are an advantage.
