We are looking for a proactive and experienced **IT Support Technician (Level 1 & Level 2)** to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining IT infrastructure, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 & Level 2 technical support to end users.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Administer and support Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Azure Active Directory.
- Troubleshoot network, hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Manage switches, routers, firewalls, and network infrastructure.
- Monitor and maintain virtualization environments and backup solutions.
- Implement and support cybersecurity best practices.
- Maintain IT documentation, inventory, and user accounts.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge
• Networking (Switches, Routers, Firewalls)
- Virtualization Technologies
• Desktop Management & Backup Solutions
- Cybersecurity Fundamentals
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Preferred Certifications
- Microsoft Certification
- CompTIA Network+
- CompTIA Security+
- CCNA
