Office Connect Goods Wholesalers L.L.C. seeks an IT Support Technician to support employees, troubleshoot technology issues, and maintain day-to-day IT operations.
The role is based in Dubai, UAE and requires 1–2 years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Support employees with hardware, software, network, and system issues; install and maintain computers, printers, and other equipment.
- Troubleshoot systems, networks, email, and applications; manage user accounts, email accounts, and access permissions.
- Maintain Windows, Microsoft 365, and business applications; support routers, switches, and Wi-Fi.
- Perform updates, backups, and routine maintenance; monitor IT infrastructure and security systems.
- Coordinate IT support and procurement with external vendors and maintain documentation and asset records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of IT support or system administration experience.
- Strong Windows, networking, and troubleshooting knowledge; experience with Microsoft 365, email configuration, and user management.
- Understanding of routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and basic networking.
- Problem-solving and communication skills; ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Immediate availability to join is required.
Preferred skills
- CCTV, biometric systems, and IP telephony experience are preferred.
- Basic cybersecurity knowledge and familiarity with cloud applications or backup solutions are preferred.
- CCNA, MCSA, or equivalent IT certifications are an advantage.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 2,000 plus accommodation per month.

- Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
