Onsite Technician

Your skills
- 18 months of IT experience in deskside support
- Excellent time management skill
- Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
- Experience with a ticketing tool
Your tasks
Provide day to day desktop support to users onsite
Handle inbound calls and answer questions
Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system
