Role overview
Infirise Technologies provides managed IT services and technology support to SMEs across the UAE.
The IT Support Technician delivers on-site and remote technical support to clients.
Responsibilities
- Support client hardware, software, networking, and CCTV systems; diagnose and resolve issues on-site and remotely.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, routers, switches, printers, and related IT equipment.
- Set up and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connections; monitor system performance and infrastructure uptime.
- Manage user accounts, access, and security settings; perform preventive maintenance and updates.
- Support CCTV installation, configuration, and monitoring-system troubleshooting.
- Work with IT Operations and Project teams on AMC and project deliverables.
- Document service requests, incidents, and resolutions in the ticketing system; communicate updates to clients.
Requirements
- One year of UAE experience is preferred.
- Professional client communication is expected.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,000–3,000 per month.
