Role Overview
The IT Support & Systems Administrator provides day-to-day technology support and helps maintain the company’s systems, devices, network, and user access.
This position ensures team members receive proactive and timely support while helping keep the company’s technology reliable, secure, and organized.

Education and Experience
- 2-year degree in computer science, information technology and/or 2-3 years related experience
- Prior working experience with business ERP or dealer management software a plus
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Admin, Active Directory and Windows desktops & servers a must.
- Experience troubleshooting wired and wireless network issues.
- Additional certifications including ITIL, CompTIA, A+ and/or Network+ are a plus.
- Experience with VMWare ESXi / Foundations is helpful.
- Experience with ManageEngine Endpoint Central and Freshservice or other IT support solutions a plus.
- Physical Environments:
- This is an on-site position with occasional remote work.
- Primarily office area but may need to enter shop and work in areas that require hearing and eye protection.
