IT Support Specialist (Remote, Entry-Level)

We are hiring an IT Support Specialist (Remote, Entry-Level) for a full-time remote position.

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our IT support team.

You will provide remote technical assistance to employees and users, helping to ensure efficient and reliable IT operations across the organization.

Your key responsibilities will include responding to technical support requests via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues, and assisting with system setup and user onboarding.

You will help manage user accounts, install and update software, configure devices, and support remote access solutions.

You will also maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions, monitor support queues, and escalate complex problems to senior IT team members when necessary.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and common productivity applications.

Familiarity with Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, remote support tools, and basic networking concepts is an advantage.

Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service are essential.

Previous experience in IT support, customer service, technical assistance, or related fields is beneficial but not required.
