IT Support Specialist

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Support employees with hardware, software, email, and network issues; install, configure, and maintain IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot technical problems; manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
• Maintain connectivity, networks, office infrastructure, operating systems, antivirus software, and company applications.
• Respond to support requests onsite or remotely; maintain IT inventory, license, and equipment records.
• Assist with backups and basic cybersecurity; coordinate with vendors and service providers.
• Support meeting-room and video-conferencing setups; follow company IT policies.
• Handle and support company CRM systems and Sales Workforce platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• CRM and Sales Workforce platform experience is required.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Problem-solving, communication, multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills; ability to work under pressure.

Preferred skills and experience

• CCTV, biometric systems, or ERP support experience is advantageous.
• Basic cybersecurity and network-administration knowledge is preferred.
• Real estate development industry experience is advantageous; UAE experience is preferred.

Compensation

• Pay is up to AED 5,000 per month; salary is also described as to be discussed during the interview.

Workplace and position

• Position is full-time.
• Work location is described as hybrid remote in Abu Dhabi.
