IT Support / Service Desk Analyst supporting modern enterprise environments across London and Brighton.
The role is part of a growing IT Operations team.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and cloud-service issues.
- Configure and maintain macOS and Windows devices using Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune.
- Administer Google Workspace accounts, permissions, settings, and user applications.
- Maintain security, encryption, MDM compliance, and infrastructure health.
- Assist with patching, OS deployment, automation, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Maintain support documentation and collaborate with support, systems administration, and security teams.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of IT support experience.
- Strong experience with Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune; three years of Jamf Pro experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of macOS, Windows 10/11, SSO, MDM, identity and access management, and endpoint compliance.
- Familiarity with networking, VPNs, and troubleshooting tools.
- Experience with technical documentation and SOPs; scripting in Bash or PowerShell and automation tools are listed.
- Communication, problem-solving, and time management skills; familiarity with Zendesk or similar is listed.
Workplace and schedule
- On-site in London and Brighton, UK; the posting also identifies the work location as in person.
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Compensation and employment
- Pay is £30–£35 per hour.
- Employment is described as full-time contract.
