This full-time remote IT Support Officer (Entry / Junior Level) role at Mesa Uruguaya de Carne Sostenible focuses on providing day-to-day technical assistance to internal users.
The position involves responding to support requests, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, and escalating complex problems when necessary.
The IT Support Officer will set up and maintain desktop computers and peripherals, manage printer configurations, and ensure systems are updated and secure.
