We're looking for an
IT Support Officer (Entry / Junior)
to join our team and provide essential technical support across the organization! š
š¼ Role Description
š» Provide technical support for hardware, software, and system-related issues
š§ Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents in a timely manner
š Log, track, and manage support tickets and technical requests
š„ļø Assist with device setup, software installation, and system configuration
š Support user accounts, access permissions, and basic network issues
š Monitor system performance and report technical concerns
š¤ Collaborate with IT teams to maintain smooth daily operations
š Maintain accurate technical documentation and support records
