Job Summary

The IT Support Executive is responsible for maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, providing technical support to employees, administering the CRM system, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all business applications.

The role supports daily operations by maintaining secure, reliable, and efficient technology systems across all branches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, biometric devices, and other IT equipment.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, internet, email, and Microsoft 365 issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and user accounts.
  • Administer the CRM system, including user management, access permissions, lead allocation, reports, dashboards, and workflow configuration.
  • Coordinate with CRM vendors for issue resolution, system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.
  • Support business applications such as CRM, HRMS, and document management systems.
  • Maintain network infrastructure, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity across branches.
  • Ensure regular data backups, system security, antivirus protection, and compliance with IT policies.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and coordinate hardware procurement, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
  • Train employees on IT systems, CRM usage, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Prepare IT documentation, user manuals, and periodic support reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT Support or System Administration.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and Microsoft 365 will be an added advantage.
