The IT Support Executive provides technical assistance and supports smooth IT operations across the employer’s retail pharmacy network.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system and application problems.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for IT infrastructure support.
- Ensure data security and system updates are managed effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- The description requires two years of IT support or helpdesk experience.
- Knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Pay
- Pay is AED 5,000–8,000 per month.
