Good knowledge of SQL Server and SQL queries; basic understanding of Windows Server and application deployment.
Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, HTTP/HTTPS, and web services.
Understanding of file-based integrations such as CSV, TXT, Excel, and SFTP.
Experience troubleshooting application logs and Windows services; basic networking knowledge.
Understanding of software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
ERP integration knowledge, including SAP, Oracle NetSuite, or similar systems, is an advantage.
Knowledge of RFID, barcode, and Android devices.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
2–4 years of experience in software/application support or a similar technical support role.
Experience supporting enterprise applications and customer-facing software is preferred.

Support and troubleshoot software and applications, including enterprise and customer-facing applications.
Troubleshoot application issues using logs and Windows services.
Support application deployment and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Work with SQL Server and SQL queries in support of application issues.
Support integrations involving REST APIs, JSON, XML, HTTP/HTTPS, web services, and file-based formats or transfers.
Address basic networking issues and support RFID, barcode, and Android devices.
