About This Role
End-User Support
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to employees across departments Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues Systems & Hardware Management
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals
- Support Windows and macOS operating systems
- Manage IT asset inventory, lifecycle tracking, and replacements
- Perform routine maintenance and hardware upgrades Software & Application Support
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
- Support internal and business applications Manage email systems, VPN access, and collaboration tools
- Ensure software updates and licensing are properly maintained Network & Connectivity Support
- Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN issues
- Assist with network configurations under guidance from network administrators
- Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for connectivity-related matters Security & Compliance Support
- Ensure endpoint protection, antivirus, and device encryption are enabled
- Adhere to internal IT, compliance, and data protection policies Documentation & Monitoring
- Maintain documentation such as troubleshooting guides, IT asset records, and knowledge base articles
- Perform routine system checks, backups, updates, and monitoring
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (flexible on educational qualifications if the candidate has strong relevant experience.)
- 2–4 years of experience in IT Support or Service Desk roles
- Strong knowledge of: Windows OS and Microsoft 365, Hardware troubleshooting, Basic networking concepts.
- Hands-on experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
Preferred
- Experience in fintech, banking, or regulated environments
- Knowledge of Active Directory and endpoint management tools
- Basic understanding of IT security practices
