Kazamer Tax Consultant is seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to join our technology team in Dubai.
This role is ideal for a professional who can provide technical support, maintain IT systems, and ensure the smooth operation of the company's technology infrastructure.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting employees and maintaining reliable IT services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
- Monitor and maintain network performance to ensure system reliability.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, email systems, and access permissions.
- Perform regular software updates, system backups, and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain IT asset inventories and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with external vendors for equipment repairs and technical support when required.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and cybersecurity best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2 - 5 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or system administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity practices, antivirus management, and data backup procedures.
- Experience with network devices, printers, and office IT infrastructure.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
