Role overview
Full-time IT Support Engineer role supporting networks and users in the UAE.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi.
- Manage VLANs, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and network security.
- Provide desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral support.
- Manage accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- Handle OS installation, software updates, backups, and antivirus.
- Coordinate with ISPs and vendors, maintain IT documentation, and provide on-site support across company locations.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of IT or network experience in the UAE.
- Degree or diploma in IT or a related field.
- Hands-on network-device experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Sophos, or similar.
- Good knowledge of Windows Server and Microsoft 365.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- UAE driving licence, ELV experience, listed certifications, and VoIP or virtualization knowledge are added advantages.
Workplace
- Work location is in person, with on-site support across company locations.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000–6,000 per month.
