Overview
- Provide technical support for **POS (Point-of-Sale) systems**, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), printers, and payment terminals.
- Maintain and troubleshoot **online ordering platforms** (e.g., food delivery apps, website orders).
- Monitor system connectivity including **internet, routers, and network devices**.
- Install, configure, and update software used in kitchen and restaurant operations.
- Ensure smooth integration between delivery platforms, POS systems, and accounting software.
- Maintain data backups and ensure proper security of company systems.
- Coordinate with third-party IT vendors for technical issues and maintenance.
- Maintain records of IT assets including laptops, tablets, and communication devices.
- Support staff in resolving login, system, or device issues.
- Handle **all order-related disputes** from customers and delivery platforms.

- Coordinate with kitchen staff to verify order accuracy and preparation details.
- Respond to customer complaints via phone or platform messaging professionally.
- Investigate and resolve order issues within company policy and SLA timelines.

- Follow up on refund or compensation cases with aggregators.
- Act as a bridge between customer, aggregator, and kitchen operations.
