Key responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to employees and respond to IT inquiries.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, applications, peripherals, and IT equipment.
- Monitor system performance and assist with routine maintenance.
- Manage support requests, track incidents, and follow up on unresolved technical issues.
- Assist with account setup, access permissions, and password requests.
- Maintain IT asset inventories, technical documentation, and troubleshooting records.
- Support system updates, software installations, and basic security procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical problems and improve IT service delivery.
