Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and responsible

IT Support Executive (Entry Level)

to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to employees, managing IT assets, onboarding new staff with required devices and applications, and ensuring smooth IT operations across office and retail store locations.

This role requires someone who is eager to learn, technically curious, and ready to handle both hardware and software-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • 1. **Technical Support**
  • Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware and software issues.
  • Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and network-related issues.
  • Resolve support tickets within the defined timeline.
  • Assist team members with email, system access, and company applications.

2.Employee Onboarding & IT Setup

  • Configure laptops and desktops for new employees.
  • Install and set up official email accounts and company applications.
  • Assign company mobile phones and SIM cards.
  • Ensure proper configuration of devices before handover.

3.IT Assets Management

  • Maintain proper records of laptops, mobiles, SIM cards, and other IT assets.
  • Track asset allocation and returns.
  • Ensure devices are properly labelled and documented.
  • Monitor device condition and maintenance schedules.

4.Store IT Support

  • Travel to company stores when IT-related issues are raised.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, billing system, and network problems at store locations.
  • Coordinate with vendors if required.

5.System & Technology Awareness

  • Stay updated with new IT devices, technologies, and tools.
  • Recommend improvements for better IT operations.
  • Ensure systems are secure and updated regularly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Fresher candidates are welcome.
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of Windows OS and MS Office.
  • Basic networking knowledge is a plus.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Good communication skills in:
  • English
  • Hindi
  • Willingness to travel to stores when required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Responsible and proactive attitude.
  • Preferred ( Good to have)
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Related Field.
  • Internship experience in IT support.
  • Basic knowledge of asset management.
