Join Keystone Property Finance’s IT team as an IT Support Analyst, supporting users and finding solutions suited to business needs.
The role is predominantly office-based, with one day working from home per week after probation.
Responsibilities
- Triage support requests from internal staff and external customers.
- Provide general IT support for the office and liaise with external business partners to resolve issues.
- Communicate with colleagues to understand challenges and escalate matters to the line manager when needed.
- Monitor progress, plan daily work around team priorities, and inform the line manager of potential challenges.
- Communicate information clearly and assist other teams when necessary.
Requirements and skills
- Customer service skills and a positive attitude and work ethic are essential.
- Experience in a customer service environment is sought; IT experience and expertise are beneficial but not required.
- The role calls for clear communication, attention to detail, a methodical approach, and a good telephone manner.
- A basic understanding of Microsoft Office products is listed.
