What You'll Be Doing

What Required Skills You'll Bring

• Bachelor or Diploma in Computer Science or related field with minimum 5+ years of related work experience providing support to end users or working in an IT support role.
• Ability to identify, analyze and resolve technical issues, questions and problems with hardware and software configurations.
• A good knowledge of Microsoft operating system, Office 365, Antivirus, Latest AI tools and troubleshooting tools and applications as well as a very good knowledge of personal computer technology, including a variety of computer models windows, mac, printers, mdm devices and peripherals.
• Written and oral communication skills in English is must for the position (Arabic will be added advantage), including the ability to speak very well in basic professional situations and present technical data in a logical manner that is easy to understand (may include communication via telephone, in person, or presenting to small groups).
• Ability to write moderately complex documents (may include emails, procedures, presentations). Typically communicates with a wide variety of individuals (employees and managers) throughout the organization and outside of the organization (i.e. clients, vendors).

• Microsoft Certified Professional (O365) CompTIA A+ required ( similar A+ Hardware trainings)
• Copilot & AI tools knowledge
