Role overview
The posting describes an IT and ERP Administrator responsible for the ERP system, IT infrastructure, network, website, and digital platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and customize ERPNext/Frappe dashboards, workspaces, permissions, workflows, and HTML/Jinja print formats.
- Manage users, roles, RBAC, access control, and data security across multiple branches.
- Troubleshoot ERP, database, network, hardware, software, and system issues.
- Manage MySQL/PostgreSQL databases, master data, module configuration, and data integrity.
- Manage printers, biometric devices, static IPs, DHCP, and network connectivity.
- Maintain WordPress websites, hosting, domains, plugins, themes, backups, and security.
- Support SEO, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and social media marketing.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with ERPNext/Frappe and IT administration.
- Knowledge of networking, databases, WordPress, and web development.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Combined experience in ERP, IT, WordPress, coding, SEO, and digital marketing is highly preferred.
- Reading, writing, and speaking skills in Arabic.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,500–6,000 per month.

- Work location is in person.
