Role overview

Core responsibilities

• Translate business needs into process maps, functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation plans.
• Own functional support and collaborate across technical and business teams to design, configure, test, implement, and support solutions.
• Lead troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, testing, documentation, change management, and continuous improvement.
• Support global deployments, acquisitions, site launches, process harmonization, and application lifecycle initiatives.
• Lead smaller initiatives, provide functional leadership on broader programs, and mentor colleagues and business users.
• Provide scheduled after-hours or weekend support when required for critical incidents, releases, deployments, or global coverage.

Oracle EBS focus

• Apply Oracle EBS R12.2.10 functional knowledge to global operations and supply chain processes.
• Relevant capabilities may include order management, supply chain planning, purchasing, inventory, bills of material, work in process, manufacturing, quality, shipping, warehouse, and enterprise asset management.
• Understand Trading Community Architecture concepts such as customers, suppliers, sites, and related data dependencies.
• Collaborate with Finance and Tax on requirements affecting transactions, accounting, controls, and eBusiness Tax.

Systems-agnostic approach

• Evaluate business fit, process integrity, usability, supportability, integration, data quality, security, scalability, and lifecycle impact.
• Support complementary or integrated planning, warehouse, transportation, manufacturing, service, quality, reporting, integration, automation, and collaboration solutions.
• Help determine whether needs are best addressed through process change, existing functionality, configuration, extension, integration, reporting, automation, or another application.
